Stuart Turton Breaks Rod Trying to Net Monster.

The night of June 10th proved fairly uneventful for carp anglers Stuart Turton, until when after just a couple of small bleeps on his indicator he struck and hooked what he described as the biggest carp he has ever encountered.
Having previously landed carp of 30lbs+ it must have been some fish. Regrettably as soon as it touched the rim of the net it shot off, breaking Stuart's rod, near the butt, as he used both hands to try to prevent it getting weeded up.
