For those using Satellite Navigation the post code is S65 4ND
From the A1
Come off the A1 at Junction 36 (A630). Head west along the A630 towards Rotherham. At the first crossroads go straight on and follow the road through to Conisborough. Go straight through the crossroads again and follow the road on a long climb. The road then descends for about half a mile into the village of Hooton Roberts. Take a left turn 200 yards after leaving the village and follow this road for about 1½ miles into the village of Old Ravenfield. Follow the road through the village and take the last left (Garden Lane).
From the M1
Stay on the M1 until Junction 32 where you turn off onto the M18. Follow the directions listed below.
From the M18
Come off the M18 at Junction 1. Head west along the A631 towards Rotherham. After going straight on at two crossroads turn right at the filter lights on the crest of the hill. Follow this road downhill for 300 yards to a mini roundabout and turn left (1st exit). After 150 yards the road reaches another mini roundabout. Turn right (2nd exit), follow this road into the village of Ravenfield and go straight on at the crossroads (Cavalier pub on left). One mile further on you reach the village of Old Ravenfield. Take the first turn right into Garden Lane.
From Rotherham Town Centre
Head eastwards out of town on the A630 towards Doncaster. At the Asda roundabout go straight on and follow this road into the countryside (Thrybergh Country Park on right). After about half a mile (just before a small village) take a right turn and follow the road up the hill. Follow this road for about 1½ miles into the village of Old Ravenfield. Follow the road through the village and take the last left (Garden Lane).
Head eastwards out of Mexborough towards Doncaster on the A6023. Cross the canal, river and train line and at the roundabout come back on yourself, turning left into the industrial estate towards Old Denaby. Follow the road for about 4 miles and turn left when you reach the T-junction. Follow this road into the village of Hooton Roberts where there is another T-junction, this time with the A630. Turn right here and after 200 yards take a left turn following the road up the hill. After about 1½ miles you reach the village of Old Ravenfield. Follow the road through the village and take the last left (Garden Lane).
From Old Ravenfield into Ravenfield Park – Garden Lane
Follow Garden Lane (very narrow) around tight left and right turns, and after passing a few houses you are on a narrow country lane (note the passing places as you go along). Follow the lane for about ¼ mile and there is a sharp left turn. The lane is then fairly straight for about a ½ mile and the entrance to the Park is on the left.
