    Just thought id pop a post up about my session last night. Got to the lake around lunch time yesterday to find only a couple of pegs available to fish. Settled in the peg 2 down from the island. Put out a couple of freebies and 2 rods went out. Not a touch until around 1:30 this morning. Lifted into a nice fish but came off. No other bites came and when i woke up this morning at 6 the lake was completely frozen so packed up and headed home. So this time no fish but looking forward to my next session in the new year.

    well done si it normally fishes well during winter if not froze last year it was solid for around 5 weeks but keep trickling bait in and they will feed a great spot is peg 2 on stream side flicked 6ft to right 12ins out always throws up a fish as long as your quiet its great watching the fish get hooked a real buzz hoping to do wed day so will post how i get on cheers stu
